1.Hostel Inn
Based on the corporate philosophy of an environmentally-friendly “revitalization,” we have established the “Hostel Inn” brand to convert existing buildings into long-term stay accommodation facilities. The operation thereof started in 2018.
Each facility is equipped with home appliances and tableware. We provide an environment where families and group of friends can feel safe and secure, and make themselves at home during their long-term stay while making Hostel Inn as their base and enjoy visiting major tourist cities.
2.International trademark registration of “Hostel Inn”
The registration of trademark “Hostel Inn” has been certified in 17 countries including Singapore, New Zealand, India, Switzerland, and Africa. We will globally expand Hostel Inn in the future.
3.Approval of Business Innovation Plan
In 2018, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government approved our Business Innovation Plan which focused on “development and operation of accommodation facilities suitable for long-term stay for groups.” (Term of plan: April 2018 to March 2022)
*Business Innovation Plan means a plan for small and medium-sized enterprises to enhance management by engaging in new business activities.
Approval is given by the government or prefectural governor in accordance with the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Business Enhancement Act.
